REFUND POLICY

Warrior-Maker Fitness Consulting - Refund Policy

At Warrior-Maker Fitness Consulting, we are dedicated to providing exceptional fitness consulting services. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to be fair and transparent with our refund policy. Please review the following guidelines:

Service Packages and Programs:

  • Cancellation Prior to Program Start:

    • If you cancel your purchased service package or program before the scheduled start date, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable administrative or setup fees (if applicable).

    • The amount of any applicable fees will be clearly communicated during the purchase process.

  • Cancellation After Program Commencement:

    • Once a program or service package has commenced, refunds will be issued on a pro-rated basis for any unused sessions or services, minus any non-refundable administrative or setup fees.

    • The pro-rated amount will be calculated based on the number of sessions or services completed.

  • Dissatisfaction with Service:

    • We strive for client satisfaction. If you are genuinely dissatisfied with our services, please contact us at orders@warrior-maker.com within [Number] days of the service or session in question.

    • We will work with you to address your concerns and find a suitable resolution.

    • If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • No-Shows and Late Cancellations:

    • Scheduled sessions canceled with less than [Number] hours' notice or missed appointments (no-shows) will not be eligible for refunds.

Digital Products (e.g., Workout Plans, Nutrition Guides):

  • Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not offered once the product has been downloaded or accessed.  

  • If you experience technical difficulties accessing or downloading a digital product, please contact us at orders@warrior-maker.com for assistance.

Refund Process:

  • To request a refund, please email orders@warrior-maker.com with your full name, contact information, purchase details, and the reason for your refund request.
